Little Cubs Daycare is an Ofsted-registered childminding setting operating from approved non-domestic premises in Farnworth, Bolton.
It’s the best of both worlds: a warm, homely feel, with the personal attention of a childminder, inside a professional childcare setting that’s safe, spacious and well resourced.
Childminding care
You get the close relationships, consistent faces and flexibility that families value in a childminder.
Dedicated premises
Care takes place in approved premises used for childcare, rather than in a family home, with space set up for play, rest and learning.
A smaller group
We are not a large setting. Children are cared for in a smaller group where everyone knows their name, needs and routines.
How we care
Learning through play, guided by people who care
We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), the framework every Ofsted-registered early years provider in England uses to support children’s learning, development and wellbeing.
Play comes first
Children learn best when they’re having fun. Sand, paint, blocks, songs and stories are where counting, talking and sharing begin.
Every child at their own pace
We get to know what each child loves and what they’re working on, then plan around them rather than a one-size timetable.
You know your child best
We keep you in the loop every day, share their progress and follow your routines and wishes as closely as we can.

Gentle, patient adults and clear, friendly boundaries help children feel secure enough to try new things.
